Sir,
In connection with the above, due to some problems like non-availability of current my above said vehicle was given for repairing at your workshop at Atladara. The concerned came to my home on 15/09 at 4.30 p.m. and after changing and then refitting the relay he has started the vehicle and take the same for repairing.
Though the vehicle was taken on 15/09 the report was prepared on 16/09 and it was stated in the right side of the report that Brake Down Attending, Gear Lever Noise and Starting problem.
On 17/09 you have issued a bill amounting to Rs.1089/- stating with remark that "Renew Main relay, ANT IN FUSE BOX SO RELAY SHORT. SO RENEW TWO RELAY. In this connection it is to state that it is unbelievable to think due to small ant this type of problem arises. While purchasing the vehicle I have contacted several people and they have informed that if I purchase the same vehicle, which cannot be repaired in other workshop if any problem arises as the same is to be repaired in its own workshop, though I have a good belief on you so that I have proceeded on purchasing the vehicle without caring the objections of my colleagues.
Further, in your advertisement regularly appearing in the TV and other media that you are providing 3 years maintenance Free Service, here I can't understand that you are cheating the people by giving such type of advertisement as you have charged Rs.1089/- and issued the bill against the service. As you are aware that the recent judgement of Supreme Court it clearly states that without providing the necessary service you can't give advertisement through TV or Media.
Further, it is to state that while the fuse box was opened in my presence there was shortage of two relay and I have not been provided with two extra fuses and relays. In view of the same I have purchased extra two fuses costing Rs.139/- which shows that I have not been provided with two fuses.
In this connection, I request your goodselves to look into the matter and make it sure that I will not face these type of problems in future and good and proper services will be provided to me as and when required without any extra cost as per your advertisement i.e. "3 YEARS MAINTENANCE FREE SERVICE.
I further request you to attend the case as early as possible land refund the charges "as the same is not to be charged" at the earliest oblige.
