Faulty part used by service centre

Myself Rakesh, i am using mahindra flyte, few months ago when petrol was leaking from petrol tank, i get it changed from service center of mahindra (auto center, bilaspur, C.G.) but they changed but still it was leaking (on filling it more than 2 lit.), when i complained about it they told, they don't have new more pieces now, they will change it within couple of months in the while service man applied m-seal over it and told not to fill more than 2lit. Many months have been passed by now they are refusing to change it.please help my mobile no is 09093266467 and id - rak_2912@yahoo.co.in
