Hi All,

I chetanya Haksar has a Brought a Car Skoda Ocatvia 2004 Model from Mahendra First Choice dealer JKM Moters in Nov but after using it for 1 month Iam facing a problem with its gear, So advice thaem about this they never respond to it, So than I went to a workshop so they advise that it needs to be replaced as iot parts have been fixed temperaly and now it is not in the shape to be reapir but to be replace which has a cost of about Rs 60, 000.They sold me the vhecile for 4.50, 000 n I have made them a pymt of 100000 n rest 3.04000 has been financed by HDFC Bank. So now I need to make them the rest of the pymt of 50, 000 for which they r harrising me. So I advise them insted of paying them I will fix the car but they r not listening to me so pls help me.
