Mobile scheme not received

I have purchased a Scorpio for my private use from Sardar Motors, Nausarh Chauck, Gorakhpur in the month of september. At that time a scheme was launched by mahindra co. in dainik jagaran news paper that due to Navaratri they are offering a multimedia mobile set with any of the vehicle purchased from their company . but after 5 monthes i have not received the mobile set . the manager at the agency told me that the scheme has been withdrawn by the company. Kindly suggest me what to do.
