MAHINDRA SCORPIO M2DI BS2 2008 MODEL
VIBRATION AND SOUND LEVEL UNBEARABLE

Dear Sir,

let me introduce myself as Sadashiva from bangalore. i am ardent user of scorpio from past 8 years which the first one i bought the new vehicle on second anniversary of scorpio launch in 2004. it was turbo Tc1 silver. driven for 1, 82, 000 i never experienced better than any other vehicle. i still loved the suspension, noise level, pickup and everything which other vehicle was matchless.

i sold that vehicle for some personel reason.

after a gap of 2 years i again bought M2DI tc2 2008 model. everything is fine until the vibrations are very high and distracting the pleasant driving which i used to enjoy in the earlier scorpio as i thought the same DI Turbo engine was used but to my surprise its like a tractor engine.

i even inspected the vibration mounts which are still fine as it is only 32000kms driven still and 3 years old vehicle.

can you or your technical team suggest any remedy for this as it is spoiling entire driving pleasure due to heavy vibration at this early stage itself.

as i am ardent scorpio fan i do not want to dispose this vehicle but only vibration is huge level and myself being an acoustic designer and manufacturer i feel something is wrong which perhaps the design team or technical person can help.

hope the reply will be soon and with the suggestive remedy and keeping in mind that i am the true mahindra customer since scorpio launch.
