Defective tyre

Espected sir,

i purchased a new scorpio m2di on 18/05 from "Star Automiobiles" Ambikapur but later i found out that the stefani provided with the vehicle is a defective one. I complained about it in the showroom but they did not listen and denied their responsibility. And till date it is yet not replaced and hence i am facing a lot of problem.
