Problem with buzze

I own a Mahindra Scorpio, Model - VLX, Regn No AP AE 1588. The vehicle had always with one or other problem now new problem with buzzer sound when I parked my vehicle, I have given many complaints to, Mahindra authorized service centers at Secendrabad they just rectifies the problem for day or two but they couldn’t rectify permanently iam facing lot of problems with the vehicle I went to your show room many time and it is in extended warranty to and your service centers show more interest in collecting revenue but they do not solve the problem your service is worst please help regarding this.
