Vehicle not working properly right from date of purchase

I have already given a complaint at mahindra enquiry and customer care..., the service is being given but the vehicle is troubling me with the same complaint... it stops inbetween the road while i put a break near a speed breaker... every time i face the same problem. I am wexed with the service people they say there is no problem with the vehicle and give me the vehicle back... what should i do?? I need either replacement of the vehicle or i need my money back... i think the showroom people used the vehicle rough and toughly and gave me the same demo piece... this is not fair on your part... the dealer is Sri Bhargavi Motors somajiguda near Yashoda Hospital... Please do the needful...
