Defected new product

I bought a mahindra thar on 18 th july from swami automobiles chandigarh.after 3000 kms the jeep had many issues such as the bonnet paint had come up and gotten rusted some parts of chassis were rusted, the main engine seal was leaking, the turbo pipe was leaking the power steering pipes leaked out and many minor issues when i complained to them they promised to fix it . which they fixed but now i am facing issues again and they are saying same things as i had bought a new thar which was not meant to be defected please guide me as to what to? harmehtab singh mob 09815090969 fsingh568@gmail.com
