Diesel tank cap rubber replacement - KA17 N 7007

Dear sir

I have been servicing my vehicle in India garage. When I serviced last time a month ago I found that my vehicle diesel tank cap's rubber was cut and I asked them to replace it immediately but they told me that they don't have stock. They told me that it will be done within one week but now it's already a month old but nothing has been done. I hope atleast after this complaint it will be done immediately
