Respected Sir,

With due respect and humble submission I Sri Arunodaya Mohanty a bonafied consumer of your esteemed company having due consumer No KLG-6194of Kleen Gas Distributor at Bhubaneswar Region of Orissa State, beg to bring your kind notice that due to a severe accident I have not transact my Gas supply from my distributors Kleen Gas in the mean time due to some problem above Gas dealer closed his counter and my consumer Number has been tagged to some I.O.C.L dealer.

Accordingly I requested to your Area Manager of I.O.C.L at Alok Bharti Building at Bhubaneswar for regularization of my Consumership. However the kind lady, Madam U.Banarjee Dy. Manager (Orissa) has instructed in the body of my representation letter to all the indene Distributors of Bhubaneswar to regularize my consumer ship.

But it is my bad luck that no one taking any initiative for search of my consumer number. I have approached ALAKA INDANE, MANGALAM INDANE, VEER SACHI INDANE, GLOBLE INDANE & BHUBANESWAR GAS etc. But all the distributor were refuse to my request. Due Burn injury accident I am in very much distress to get a cylinder having a valid S.V. Consumer voucher and Cylinder and regulator.

I there fore request your honor Kindly look-in to the matter personally and help me and to my family to get regularize the connection.
