Not working in a proper manne

I want to inform the authorities of the company that i have purchased mahindra thar previous month and It is continuously having some problems even after i have gone to the service center almost 20 times and the supervisor has the same answer that this problem is often. It has been making several sounds, the tyres are difficult to move while turning means it seems to be as if they are stuck, knocking sounds are made in the hood of my car and during the conditions of rain or any water activity the water pours into the car. I humbly request you to please pay some attention on the complaints registered by me. I will be highly obliged if the attention would be paid.
