I hadbrought a xylo from sri durga auto in nov09 registration no. DL 4CL NB 4379. in the name of Parvesh Gupta, G-188, Prashant Vihar, rohini, Delhi-110085.

mahindra is producing a quality product i admire about it, but there is no use of such a good cars if their service center is not working properly.

any cars success if its maruti or honda lies in its service, if service given to the customer is good automatically cars is good.

I, have visited the dealers work station 10 times for almost some same problems repeatedly and repeatedly but they don't take care of it, after asking the adviser why the problem still persists they reply that it is okay you have to adjust your driving pattern.

is this the way to deal with the problems of the car, arguing with the customer that we have done it, you are wrong in your driving.

If it would be the behavior of the service advisers towards the customer who will again recommend to buy the cars
