Cancellation of W/L Tatkal Train Ticket

I had a very bad experience of booking 6 tatkal Train tickets with Make my Trip & wanted to share that. Just couple of days back i booked 6 ticket under Tatkal quota but all of the tickets did not get through & were under waiting list & i had confirmed this with the call center guy. These are of no use of mine & wanted to cancelled. When i was cancelling the ticket it was shown a refund of Rs 6, 600 after deducting cancellation charges. But after i cancelled the tickets i got a message stating a refund of Rs 2, 200 only. The 4 tickets out of 6 which were under W/L status just before cancellation were shown as confirmed & cancelled after cancellation. When i called the customer care services for twice they kept me on hold for more than 20 minutes in the pretend of checking the details.

Be careful when you book through this site for Tatkal tickets.
