Refund Amount

I booked a to and fro ticket from Bangalore to Lucknow on 31st nov. Due to some problem while booking, i got a call from make my trip saying my tickets have been cancelled and I will get whole of my Rs 15, 251 refunded in the next 10 working days. Since then I have been calling make my trip several times, also sent them the screenshots but every time i get an answer to wait. I have got Rs 8139 refunded but rest of my amount is stuck with these people.

Kindly do something urgently.
