I have booked 3tickets on makemy trip from delhi for which they charged 700 rupees extra at the time of net booking and which appeared after having entered all the booking details.

Also, as mentioned on portal buy one n get one (base fare) "FLYFREE" deal code promotion was there, in the FAQs mentioned right below on portal, they have no where mention that its applicable on roundtrips only. Which they told after confirming in customer care "execuitve-Dikhsha".

This is absolutely misleading, the offers had the above condition missing and hence the customer was befooled.
