Train ticket

On 01/05 i have booked a train ticket through tatkal (e-ticket) for my father at that time the waiting list was 79 and at the time of traveling received a sms stating that the ticket is confirmed and when my father travel, the TT ask about the ticket and he gave the print out of e-ticket which was generated through system and TT told that this is not a valid ticket and he didn’t travel as TT didn’t allow him to travel without a ticket... Pls refund the amount which was deducted from my bank account.
