Payment not refunded, despite promises

I HAVE HAD A HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE WITH MAKEMYTRP.COM. THEY HAVE BREACHED CONTRACT OF SERVICE AND ARE ALSO SITTING ON MY MONEY. MY 13000 RUPEES IS YET TO BE REFUNDED.

My flights were cancelled at the last minute by Paramount Airlines. I had paid Rs 13000 for Hyderabad-Chennai-Thiruvananthapuram Full refund of Rs 13000 was promised by the internet travel firm Makemytrip.com within 48 hours. It has been 10 days and nothing has yet been refunded.

Just as I was about to leave for the airport to board my Paramount flight to Chennai, I received a call from Paramount ground staff saying that they have cancelled the flight Hyderabad to Chennai and also from Chennai to Thiruvananthapuram (Jan 13th) I was promised a full refund by Paramount for both onward and return. The same was confirmed by makemytrip.com on 13th January.

It has been 10 days and the Makemytrip.com telephone supportline promise to call back with status.
