Ticket not booked but amt deducted

I have booked my tickets through Make my trip.com by net banking payment on 21.01.2010 for my travel to india from doha on 19.02. the ticket is not booked but the amount is deducted from my account, now when i called the customer care executive on 22.01.2010 she told that there is not ticket booking on my name and want me to check with Icici bank, which I did but untill now there is not ticket or amount refunded to my account. The details of booking are given below
Date of Booking :- 21.01.2010
Date of Travel :- 22.01.2010
Travelling from:- Doha
Travelling to :- Mumbai
Mode of payment:- Net Banking ICICI Bank
Amount Deducted:- 7539.00
Please help me to get my amount back and make sure that this does not happen in near future to anyone, if possible black list make my trip.com
