Refund of money

Dear sirs,

I had booked a onward and retrun ticket from Hyderabad to Delhi on November 25th through make mytrip website for travel on Nov 26th through Spicejet. Due to indefinite delay/rescheduling of flights I was forced to cancel my travel to delhi and cancelled the tiket over telephone on my way to Airport. The officials over phone confirmed me that they have cancelled the tiket and a refund of Rs. 12061/- will be made in 7 working days. Unfortunately the refund has not been made till December 09. (after 11 working days). On enquiry from makemytrip today I am beng told that due to non updation of my cancellation in their records, the refund was not made and they are expressing that the same would be refunded in another 7 working days. As I made the transaction through my credit card, I am forced to make payment to the Bank for a transaction which was due for reversal. And now again I need wait and take a reversal in the next credit card statement and to realise back my money I will be forced to make another transaction of 12061 through the same card.

Kindly help me to get my refund back in the form of a cheque or transfer to my bank account. And also take action against Make mytrip for fooling people and enjoying money with out rendering any service.
