Dear Sir,

I booked tickets for two from SRINAGAR to MUMBAI on 13 th Sep 09 through online portal of makemytip. On 13 th Sep 09, morning i got call from JETLITE srinagar counter that

FLIGHT S2-672 had got cancelled because of some or other reason. I was offered refund or a open ticket. I opted for open tkt. But few days back when i contacted jetlite for booking with reference to open ticket, They said they have already refunded full amount to booking agent (i.e MAKE MY TRIP). When i contacted MAKEMYTRIP, their executive said that they have received only Rs.207/-per person whereas the total amount is Rs. 5844/-.From then i'm continously mailing & calling MAKEMYTRIP but not getting proper reply. All above they are asking me to get scan documents from jetlite where full refund to MAKEMYTRIP is shown.

I am pissed off between AIRLINES & MAKEMYTRIP. Also wasted lot of time in calling & explaining both.

You are requested to intervene & help me to get full refund which i deserve.
