Mambalam Station Parking charges too hign

I parked my vehicle on 1st April in mambalam railway station (Chennai), and while I take my bike on 4th April, they are charging me Rs 28/- (Actual cost is Rs 16, night halt is Rs 12/-).

When I asked them they told me that for every night halt they are charging me Rs 4/- extra which is ridiculous. And when I asked them to show details where the halt details written, in spite they are not showing the details and they are threatening saying that we are giving your bike safe, so give that amount.

I could not say anything when those people speak to me like that. And I am afraid to keep my bike next time at this station.

if anybody is there to guide me to take this issue to the proper person in railways, please let me know I will take this to them. Thank you.

SOUTHERS RAILWAYS PLEASE LOOK INTO IT ON THE FRUAD CHARGES.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL???
