I had given my bike for servicing at Manan Motors (authorised bajaj service station NAroda Ahmedabad) on 8/12/10 job card no. P-5647

Initially I told them about srvicing, and to check the handle lock (as it was working perfectly OK) as sometimes horn is not working due to loose connection. But to my surprise they have changed the lock. Chain sproket was also working fine they have changed.

Is this the way the mechanics are trained in Bajaj? Instead of checking and rectify the problem, they have replaced the total part, just to raise the bills (in my case servicing bill paid 2100/-)

By leaving all the service shops in our area a believed on authorised service station and got the shock that they are not able to repair the small problem.

Above all, if bike i given for servicing it is compeltely washed, wires are checked, etc; but while handing over the vehicle nothing was done, and when I asked, they said ok we will do it. We ahve waited for 1 hr. I mean is this the way they serve and just running the station on the name of bajaj?

Where do I complaint?

I am feeling very embrassed as without any reason my bill raised to 2100
