My father Amiya kumar chatterjee id no. M912-00295. is a member of mangalmurti auto link india ltd from 27/6 for 36 monnths. According to the company's agreement drafted by Notary G.H.Shukla (Area Gr. Mumbai Reg. No.121/84, Govt. Of Maharashtra) my father had invested Rs 817779 on behalf of that he was suppose to get monthly payment of Rs 5200.For the past 3months from 5th Dec till date he has not received his payments. After inquiry the company has given us the reason that some upgradation is going on so the payments are delayed. After many corrospondence also i have not got proper feedback from the proper person of nagpu and mumbai office. am facing difficulty kindly help me to get my payments.
