Harresment by TT of railway

Dear Sir,

My parents are travelling by hwh mumbai duronto train to mumbai on 27-1. vide pnr no: 6102944380.

They forgot to carry original id. they have clear copy of xerox for the same as id proof. Being they a elderly and

serior citizen the ticket checker took the opputunity to harress them.

They produce the valid and confirm ticket along with xerox copy of id proof for both the passenger. In the event

of not producing original id proof the ticket checker tried for some money. When they refused for same he

took un due advance of his power and penalise them with Rs 9600 (original tkt cost for 2 passenger was 2700 approx. )

receipt no: 528717 dtd 27-1. The name of the TT was Mr. K moitra.

They even requested him as they dont have so much money to pay him. He harresed them and threaten them to get down

of train which was already 300 kms away from kolkata. He treated them as if they have ill legally entered and are criminal.

Kindly arrange and advice how can we get our refund other than orignal fare which we have paid and request for a action

against the person who do not have manner and courtesy to talk to high age senior citizer.
