Complaint in regard of Worst Quality of Services in Workshop providing to us

Dear Sir,

Would like to bring your kind notice on the discrepancies and the quality of services providing which is in worst and bad condition in Marketing Times Workshop, 18, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi.

Please note, we have logged in our accidental car No. DL3CBL-0125 in Okhla workshop on Sunday and have been told that we will get our Car back with in 05-07 days. Now today we come to know that, though after the survey has been done on Monday, the repairing work is still not even started which is very unprofessional. Now, the representative of Workshop is convincing me that the Car is need to Re-Survey and all this procedure will take another 03-04 days.

We are unable to understand that why these people misguide the Customers.

We hereby request you to kindly look into the matter as these types of incidents shall definitely damage the reputation of your Brand.
