Maruthi 800 with Auto gear

I am having a Maruthi 800 with Auto Gear vehicle. Now in my car gear is not changing from 2nd to 3rd and 4th. I gave this to PLA Motors, who could not attend the complaint but returned the car after modifying the radiator lines (what for???) and colelcting Rs 8500/-. Still my car is in running condition but hte gears are not changing from 1st to 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Please guide me as to what to do. I checked up with My TVS car service centre and they also turned down. I am in Trichy in Tamilnadu.

PLA is asking me to pay 36, 000 and change it to manual gear operations, which I am not interested.

Please guide me as to what to do.
