Improper service

Car type: maruthi versa

Hello sir,

I am bharath..i am owning maruthi versa..I gave my car for service in maruthi service station in guindy on 28.09.10 and my customer id1071232238..(car no: TN04AB8080)

I gave service and they gave it after three days and even then the complaints was not fully rectified.. we complained them again and they told we will rectify this mistake next time..

now on 29.11.10 i gave for service again on 9.00 am and they told that car will be given after two days only..and the response from them was also not proper. they are not treating the customers properly..

I am bringing this to your knowledge because even after this other customers should not be suffered.. please take action regarding this problem and take necessary actions for this..
