Dear,

My gaadi tata indca no. HR 34 A 9821 insured by Oriental Insurance was accident on 15-12, after that every formalty has been done & we got a message that your claim amount is 170000 approx.

But till now we didnot get any amount from the oriental office Narnaul, we have visted 200 times to the office but every time they are saying that it will be cleared within next one week, they are giving the excuse that they dn`t have money in the account of narnaul oriental & they will transfer the amount as soon as amount received from head office:

I just want to know at what time i will get the claimed amount
