Sir,

I purchase a new maruthi Eeco Wan on 3/11 from Indus Trivandrum. A day before first service I noted that one of the warning indicator on the front pannel is glowing even if the vehicle is running. I reported the complaint at nearest service station of INDUS at Adoor, Pathanamthitta Dist Kerala. The attitude of the service authorities were good. After their inspectiom they told me that it is a manufacturing defect and they reported the same thing to maruthi.

I used Maruthi vehicle for about 12 years. I am a teacher in a Govt. High School in Kollam District of Kerala State, I used the car on all days for my journey and for the educational purpose of my children.

Due to this defect I came to know that my vehicle is now transfered to Indus servicing station at Ernakulam. I have no idea about my vehicle condition for about ten days. I can't expect such irresposible activity fromthe part of Maruthi. This activity from your company make me so many inconvenience.

I request you to take necessary action to solve this problem as early.
