POOR SERVICE

SIR,

We received an invitation for free mega free checkup camp from ambal auto, 555, N.S.R. Road, Saibaba colony, coimbatore on 24th sunday april. We own maruti suzuki 800 ac no: TN66 B 1630 . We left the vehicle for 2 and half hours in our busy schedule. They listed activities like free body wash, giving next service discount coupon and so on. but after getting the vehicle from service, we came to know that free body wash was not done. discount coupon was not given. If they are not able to perform what they promise, why are they calling and disturbing customers like us in our busy schedule. We travelled 30 kms up and down to drop and pick our vehicle. We are very much disappointed. We don't know whether other services like free consumable top-up has been done as promised by them. In future, please avoid such things as you may loose your customer after sales.
