Maruti Alto Lxi 2007, TRUE VALUE
Unhappy with Maruti TRUE VALUE

I got delivery of my Alto Lxi 2007 model on 1st Aug 10, Sunday. Within one week ie., on 7th Aug 10 my cars gear got struck. I gave my car for servicing on Monday 9th Aug 10. Now they are charging me with Rs -, though I have TRUE VALUE warranty. Simply they are saying these parts are not covered in warranty. TRUE VALUE says they do 120 quality checks before selling to customer. If they have really done it, why would my car gear get struck with 6 days from delivery and why do they need to replace those spare parts. If they will last for only 6 days they would have surely noticed while doing quality checks. Luckily there was a bike behind me and hit my car when gear got struck. If it was some big vehicle I would have seriously injured.

Please do the needful and help me and others who believe in MARUTI TRUE VALUE.
