Pathetic Break down service

Hi

I would like to lodge a complaint against "BIMAL AUTO - Bannergatta Road", Bangalore. I am a resident of 'Purva Panorama' (Bannergatta Raod). I have been servicing my Maruti Wagnor at BIMAL Auto, Bannergatta Road from the last 3 years.

Today, 05th March around 3.30PM my car broker down at a traffic signal (Arakere, Reliance mart Signal) due to some problem with the battery. This is hadrly 3-4 Kms from Bimal Auto on Bannergatta Road. In spite of calling the available land line and mobile numbers (080 30280511, 9742289879) i did not get coconvincing replyinformation from the customer support desk of Bimal auto.

After providing my mobile number i got a call after 20 mnts stating that the service vehicle is not available, i had to mention that i will pay for the auto chargers and requested the person to send the mechanic with a spare battery immediately.

I was asked to go to 'Kalyani Morors' for getting my car repaired.!! I guess i can get my car serviced from Kalyani henceforth...

After 20 mnts i get a call that they do not have a spare battery and they cannot send any body. (They do not have a spare battery to start a car, un believable)

Ultimately i had to find for a mechanic on my own to change the battery.

What is the level of training provided by "Maruti" to the service centre personals? The customer care desk at BIMAL is not equipped (with required common sense) to manage the grivencesneeds of the customer.

I will never get my car serviced from BIMAL auto on Bannergatta road and request you to spend some money and energy to train the customer service desk personals at BIMAL auto and may be you also have to train the Manager so that he can manage the resources efficiently.
