Cheating by deale

Maruti 800 vehicle was purchased from Garuda Autocraft Pvt ltd (Bangalore) in October with the Odometer reading as 1953. The service history of the vehicle shows it has been run for 36000 kilometers. We want to complain against the dealer as we have been cheated as we had to pay more and have incurred repeated expenses. Kindly let us know how do we proceed.
