Changing of parts by authorized deale

Sir, i have met an accident on 13/11 thus i have given my car for repair at M.G.motors, ALWAR authorized dealer but when i received my car after long time on 30/11, they changed my indicators by old model indicators and changed my two engine parts or sensors which i think are very costly.

they even not done proper ac gas filling and my ac is yet not working.

so, i request you kindly to take some legal actions against them provide me some assistance otherwise there is no other option left for me to go to court.
