Withdrawal of cash discount

I had booked one Ritz Vdi car thru Maruti local dealer Sai Service, Cheranelloor Road, Edappally, Kochi thru their local office at Ovungal Bazar Chavakkad, on 27/3 by paying Rs.10000/- as advance vide their receipt N. 7899 dated 27/3/10 with the promise that the vehicle will be delivered by 10th April. The total price of the car agreed is 5, 09, 448/- less Rs.7500 cash discount, i.e. Rs.5, 01, 948/- The executive name is Mr. Johnson, mob No. 9645106172.

Today Mr. Johnson called and informed that the cash discount is withdrawn and I have to pay full amount, i.e. 5, 09, 448/- So I asked him to give me writing but he refused. Hence I requested to cancell my booking and refund the advance payment immediately for which he says will take minimum 5 dys.

I request your intervention and revert if the offer is withdrawn and if yes, it is applicable for order already placed.
