Non Availability of spares

Really a bad experience from Maruti. I purchased my car i.e. Maruti Ritz last year but unfortunately the car was damaged by fire. I handover the vehicle to body repair shop of maruti vehicleades at jammu on 14/12/10. the turn around time is going to complete two months but still they are saying parts not available and also not giving any no. from where they got the spares. I also talked to customer care but of no use.
