Insurance renewal

I had given cheque for the renewal of insurance of my vehical omni HP-03A-2234 on the 19th of oct which was to expire on the 20th oct, for which i was told by the dealer staff that the insurance would reach me in the evening of 19th oct. But despite my reapeated request i have still not received my insurance till today .for which i have made several telphone calls to the insurance department of M/s Goyal Motors pvt ltd taradevi Shimla -10 .
