MRF tyre burst during driving on plain road but no response from maruti during warranty period

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a new maruti Alto LXI in Nov from Orbit Rourkela (Orissa). On 22 March i was driving my car on a road suddenly the front tyre was burst. I brought this issue to the concerned dealer and asked him to change my tyre which is under warrany period (Only 6580 KM Run). After 02 month when i contacted again they refused to change the same while making an excuse.

Kindly take the needful action.
