Misguidance by Authorised service agents and selling of costly products

Hi Sir,

I went to get my car service at Vipul Motors, Malviya Nagar, an authorised service agent by maruti. I was made afraid and given options among engine oils. One they told was Synthetic and secong which is regular. Cost variance in between the two was 300 percent more than the regular one. Not only this he had recomended me Engine Flashing which otherwise was not mentioned in the srervice manual by Maruti Suzuki itself.

Ithink Maruti is ignorant about how to control their distributors. This would prove to one of the biggest reason that people will loose confidence in maruti Suzuki. One phrase for them " A Step in time can save 9"

Pls act fast to inhibit this infection from getting spread to other distribuotrs. Vipul has a bad name in the market, i think you should about closing down that franchisee.
