Before coming to my complaint about non receipt of registration certificate/ smart card, from your dealer, after 5 months of my purchase of an SX4 / CNG/Vxi vehiche, I would like to point out a few more things which speaks about your debilitating customer care practices.
I have purchased a Maruti SX4/CNG/Vxi in dec. Apart from the fact that your dealer has not given me the resigtration certificate yet, I am very surprised that till date there has been no attempt from your company to directly get in touch with me to find out how the product is performing.
I remember last time when I had purchased a zen, there were Regular letters / surveys/calls directly from the company, for more than a year, to find out from the customer about the vehicle, s performance & customer satisfaction. It seems you have abandoned those practices, with your increased business & market capture. Hope you have not left it to your dealers, who are not doing much in this matter any more.

I had purchased a Marti SX4 Vxi cng/MARUTI SX4 GREEN from M/S Vipul Motors Gurgaon, Haryana outlet in December. The details of the purchase/vehicle is given as under

As on date I have not received the Vehicle registration certificate / smart card for my car, issued by govt of National Capital Territory of Delhi. I have been following up with the dealer for the past four months for this certificate.
