I have bought a New SX-4 ZXI from Dhru Motor- Surat on 23 rd March & sent for 1st Service on 31st March.

On 1st April I have observed that coolant is leaking from bottom of Car & I immediate complaint to Dhru Motors & sent the car for Repairing, after reaching at -Dhru Motor, I had been told that Leaking was from Yesterday i.e. From 31 st march & they couldn’t locate the leaking & sent the car without solving the leaking Problems

My question is

1) Why leaking is not repaired on 31st March?

2) Why new Car having a leaking Problem?
