Not providing the ca

I am Dr. Lingasamy, Working in a Government primary health centre, E.Vadugapalayam, Palladam taluk, Tiruppur district.

27th April i booked a car by paying 10, 000/-. And in 22nd of may i paid the DD (Amount of 5, 87, 298) to the office.i paid the first due also but still now i did'nt get the car. If i called the dealer also they are not responding correctly. Here i have attched the details regarding the car.
