Ake deffect

I have purchased a swift petrol vxi bearing registration No. KL 56 / 5698 chasis No 203151 on 21/03/07 from Indus motors Calicut, i have an extended warrenty also.i am servicing the car from indus motor Co. pvt.ltd, panicker road, Calicut, Kerala. i have got brake complaints and changed frond brake pad, both sides on 10/08/09. but the problem was not solved and i came there for three times to solve the same problem. even then the problem remains and i realy fed up with it. please advise me from where coud i reectify this problem and take necessery steps from the part of company to solve the problem for ever.
