Not received the car for last one month

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have given my car (No: WB06C 0514) for service in darga road, park circus because of some damage happened to it. the air bag of the car got damaged because of the car got hit on the boulder, for last one month or more than that the car is lying in the service station as the people over there are continuously mentioning only one thin that they could'nt find out the parts of the car and it is on its way f gurgaon but as the part has still not reached over there. I dont understand that why it is taking so much of time to repair the air bags as I think it happened because of some malfunction in the car. Please help me out its been a long time now.
