Maruti Alto Service Problem

Hello,

I had purchased Maruti Alto Lxi from TR Sawhney Motors on October 10th and since then all Car Services/repairs has been done by them at their Service Station in Sahibabad and I'm completely satisfied with their commitment though the last service (37000 kms) left me quite dissatisfied.

My car was running extremely well before service without any noise from tyres. All of a sudden after the service, this strange sounds started coming as if tyre was being blocked and also after speed of 70 kmph the car started vibrating to an extreme. I reported this matter to TR Sawhney motors and they picked up my car yesterday to fix the problem. After few hours I got a call that everything seems to be okay in the Car expect that tyres have gone bad. Surprisingly my tyres are in extremely good condition and can run for another 40000 kms and I questioned that right before servicing was done, there was no issues and how come all of a sudden this noise started coming and began to vibrate the car. There were no explanations of any sort from TW Sawhney Motors.

I have even paid Rs. 4000 for a one year service contract with TR Sawhney Motors sahibabad which excludes all labour charges for 5 services during one year period with some additional free check ups such as 12 Wheel balancing/alignment and 6 washing free.

It seems that now I have to take my car to a normal roadside mechanic to check the problem. Its strange how maruti can get so poor with their service. I hope someone from maruti reads this issue and will at least try to rectify the problem and if they don't, they would for sure loose a valued customer and I will never ever think of buying another car manufactured by Maruti.
