Dear Sir, I went to Maruti True Value at Okhla, New Delhi to check out a car. From ther very first day they kept calling me on phone to come again saying they have a very good WagonR car coming with only 30000 kms on road. They impressed me so much with their words that finally succeeded in convincing me to pay a booking amount of Rs 5000/- as token amount for the car. After taking the test drive I found that the the speedometer seemed to be tampared and it was a very old car. I asked them to return my money but they directly refused saying that once token money given will not be returned back and they have their own Legal department. I have been cheated and whenever I call them on phone they misbehave and say the same was printed in the slip. When I checked the slip I found in very small words written the same. They never mentioned it before taking my money. Please help me how to get back my hard earned money and punish these frauds.
