Delay in delivery of Honda Activa Dlx bike

I hv booked a Honda Activa Dlx (Black) at the above mentioned distributor in Vasai (West) Ambadi road on a payment of Rs.1000 on 6th Nov and was told the delivery will be after 7 - 8 months.

On 6th Feb I recvd a phone call to pay the said amount of Rs.50032, if I wanted to take the delivery after 3 weeks, I have paid on 12th Feb the amended cost of Rs.51, 880 (Receipt No.23430) and a additional Rs.550 for Agents fees (without any receipt) and was promised to receive delivery after 21 days.

On 5th March I visited the above distributors office for enquiry, and was told my its salesman Mr. Sachin Jadhav, that I will have to wait for an additional 9 days i.e exactly one month after payment of the total cost of the Bike.

Pls let us know why the payment is taken by the Distributor, even when there is no bike in their Showroom to deliver to the customer. This tantamounts to virtual cheating and no transparency in the system.
