Paid Service complaint

Today I have come to know that Durga Motors Pvt Ltd, Secunderabad has been closed permanently hence am not getting revert fro them even after writing mail to the dealership.

My earlier mail request to the dealership is attached below.

Dear Dealer,

I have sent my above WagonR for paid service on 14th April.

After the service problem of Engine shut down while driving on Gas mode was not resolved.

Apart from this bracket of car stereo is loose/broken hence am not able to fit stereo fish plate.

I have been trying to call on given contact nos for the past 1 month but no one is picking up the phone / at present it is coming as switched off. This is why I am writing you this mail.
