BAD RESPONSE

Respected sir; i have purchased a car WAGONR LXI DUO from ktl lucknow on 7 dec.2009 but after 3 days unfortunatally car is burned out with short circuit on10 dec.2009 at 11pm. I have complained to ktl general manager mr.sen gupta on 11 dec as that time he said to me that on the behalf of insurence of your car the money will be refund to you with in one month. But they are not taking seriously to this matter and when i talked to him he always says that your problem will be solved by MARUTI UDYOG LTD. Kindly resolve my problem i will be highly thanksful to you.
